Important NPCs of Earth-CC
There are several NPCs who are important to the Earth-CC reality. Although there are many established MCU characters, the scope of this campaign is to reference them, not interact with them. Each has a unique relationship with the PCs; some are allies, some are antagonists. Each NPC has a clear motivation which impacts motivations in the campaign. While all NPCs allow for the flavor of any campaign, only the NPCs listed below have had a clear impact upon the characters.
Absynthe
A.I./computer virus
capable of infiltrating even Stark tech and manifesting as human female, she is reformed and now works for Cogent.
Acumen Elite
Enhanced mercenary team
led by Marvin Flumm and Paul Ebersol, the PCs defeat them during a kidnap of a bilgesnipe from the Houston Zoo.
Bilgesnipe
Alien species
indigenous to Asgard or one of the other Nine Realms, Asgardians describe the creatures as being repulsive and destructive.
Shando Blades
Human male altered human
AKA Black Tiger, granted superhuman martial arts skills and physical abilities via mystical amulets, he works for John Black.
Emil Blonsky
Human male altered human
On Earth-616, AKA The Abomination with the Super Soldier Serum and gamma-irradiated blood, he was muscle for Dr. Samuel Sterns.
BroForce
Enhanced super team
led by the Brofessor, made up of Altered Humans with superhuman strength, stamina and durability, but mentally weak.
Cogent
Enhanced human and high technology independent organization
formed during the Cold War and now stepping forward to take S.H.I.E.L.D.'s absence.
Miley Cyrus
Human female normal
No, not that Miley Cyrus, but as the main assistant to Captain Luck, she uses the Internet to create awareness about her brand.
Carlos Danger
Human male normal
longtime assistant to John Black at WHIH and sometimes financial supporter of foreign rebel uprising (a hobby).

Human male high technology
On Earth-616, AKA The Fixer, he is a founding member of Acumen Elite, with co-leader with Marvin Flumm. His plan to kidnap a bilgesnipe from the Houston Zoo is foiled is foiled by the PCs.Â

On Earth-616, AKA Texas Twister, but as a member of Cogent, his psychokinetic power to accelerate air around his body provides help for the PCs when running into trouble.
