Action Clarification
Your AV (Action Value) + DIE ROLL vs. the DV (Difficulty Value) + 10 (or a DIE ROLL).
Action Value: CHARACTERISTIC + SKILL.
REF stat is used for hand-eye coordination or manual dexterity; guns or vehicles.
DEX stat is used for engaging gross physical movement; athletics or HTH fighting.
Melee attacks use REF Characteristic + Hand to Hand or Weapon skill + DIE ROLL against DEX Characteristic + Athletics skill + DIE ROLL.
Melee attacks can hit any target within 4m/yards of the PC/NPC.
Ranged attacks use REF Characteristic + Weapon skill + DIE ROLL against DEX Characteristic + Ranged Evade skill + DIE ROLL.
Autofire attacks counts at one Action.
